New members are asked to complete a New Members Form, providing their name, contact details, emergency contact details, and an outline of their disability. They will also be asked to sign to say that they are medically safe to go in the water. Parents/carers are asked to complete and sign on behalf of those who are unable to do so themselves. The forms can be emailed out or collected from the welcome desk.
